COMPANY POLICIES

SHIPPING
We will do our best to save you on the cost of shipping, preferably we would use UPS but flat rate on USPS is great also.
If you have an account with one of the shipping companies let us know so this way you can use your discount rate.
Large order can be shipped by trucking companies, we will get different quotes and ask you for your approval before you order is shipped.

EXCHANGE OF MERCHANDISE
Damaged goods must be reported to us and the shipping company within 24 hours of receiving merchandise, boxes and packing material must be saved to insure quality of our packing.
Exchange of merchandise can be made within 15 days of purchase as long as the merchandise is returned in the same condition that was received.
If needed we will take extra pictures of the products you are interested to make sure it is what you like avoiding the need of costly shipping on returned of merchandise.

WHOLESALE BUYERS
A valid tax ID certificate (related to the retail industry)  must be provided before the first shipment to you, it can be mailed, faxed or e-mailed to us at info@undergroundcrystals.com .
First order will not be shipped until certificate is received, please no certificate from other industries not related we will definitely refuse this types of certificates.

RETAIL BUYERS
